Reception of products by Email

Your soundbanks or looppacks will be emailed to you in a zipped format after purchase. Usually in the following 48 hours after bank purchase validation. VSTI soundbanks are very small files, however ™Blockloops Packs are zipped in 10 Mo files so be sure your email box IS NOT FULL, and to give us a VALID email adress. If you did'nt receive your products a week after purchase please contact us so that we can find a solution. 

Revocation right

For products delivered in electronic form (password-download, or email delivration), according to the french law, the revocation right is excluded due to the nature of the product, please use the possibility of downloading and testing the free demo tracks before the purchase.
